Acceptance
By installing and using Guita you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
etrioLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Guita on devices you own, subject to these terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where law expressly permits.
- Distribute, sublicense or sell the app to third parties.
- Use the app for illegal activities.
Nature of the app
Guita is a personal finance tracking tool. It is not:
- A financial, accounting, tax or investment advisory tool.
- A transactional platform: we don't move real money between accounts, we don't process payments, we don't connect to banks.
Financial decisions you make are yours. Consult a professional for actual advice.
Your responsibility
Since Guita works 100% locally on your device:
- Backups are your responsibility. We recommend exporting your data to CSV periodically.
- The device is your responsibility. If you lose it without backup, the data is lost.
- Data entry is your responsibility. Guita doesn't validate that amounts you enter are real or consistent with your actual banking situation.
Intellectual property
The code, design, brand and assets of Guita are property of etrioLab.
"AS IS" service
Guita is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, calculation accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, etrioLab will not be liable for:
- Financial decisions you make based on information from the app.
- Data loss due to uninstall, hardware failure or lack of backup.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Your sole remedy for malfunction is to uninstall the app.
Termination
You may stop using Guita at any time by uninstalling the app. We may modify or discontinue the app with reasonable prior notice when possible.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version is published here with its effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
