What information we collect
When you use the contact form on etriolab.com we collect the data you voluntarily send us: name, email and message. We don't collect navigation data beyond the aggregated, anonymous analytics provided by Vercel Analytics.
How we use it
- Your email and message are processed via Resend to reply to you.
- We don't share with third parties beyond the email provider.
- We don't sell, profile, or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Emails received via Resend are kept in our Resend account for 30 days. They are then automatically deleted.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data by writing to desarrollar.app.arg@gmail.com. We process it within 7 business days.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics services:
- Vercel Analytics (always on): anonymous, cookieless, does not identify users. Measures page views and performance metrics.
- Google Analytics 4 (opt-in): only loaded if you explicitly accept in the cookie banner. Measures navigation behavior with first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*). We don't use Google Ads or personalized advertising. You can decline or change your decision by clearing the site'slocalStorage.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, we archive the previous version in the public site repository and publish the new one with effective date. You can review the history on GitHub.
