Acceptance
By installing and using Passnyx you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
etrioLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Passnyx on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where law expressly permits.
- Distribute, sell, sublicense or rent the app to third parties.
- Use the app for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
- Bypass or attempt to break the encryption or authentication mechanisms.
Your responsibility
Since Passnyx works 100% offline and we never receive your data:
- The master key is your responsibility. If you lose it, we cannot recover it. We have no backup, no copy, and no way to reset it.
- Backups are your responsibility. We recommend exporting your encrypted database periodically and storing it in a safe place.
- The device is your responsibility. If you lose it without backup, the data is lost.
Intellectual property
The code, design, brand and assets of Passnyx are property of etrioLab. The app is developed by turnero2025/etrioLab.
"AS IS" service
Passnyx is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, etrioLab will not be liable for:
- Data loss due to forgotten master key, hardware failure, or uninstallation.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Lost profits or lost business opportunity.
Your sole remedy for malfunction is to uninstall the app.
In-app purchases
Passnyx offers a premium version via Google Play Billing. Purchases are governed by Google Play's terms in addition to these. Cancellations and refunds follow Google Play's policy.
Ads (free version)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ad data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Termination
You may stop using Passnyx at any time by uninstalling the app. We may modify or discontinue the app with reasonable prior notice when possible.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version is published here with its effective date. Continued use of the app implies acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
