Acceptance
By creating an account and using Prode 2026 you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
etrioLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Prode 2026 on devices you own, subject to these terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where law allows.
- Distribute, sublicense or sell the app to third parties.
- Use the app for illegal activities.
- Create fake or automated accounts, or impersonate someone else.
- Manipulate predictions, ranking or results through exploits, bugs or fraudulent means.
- Use the app for gambling, betting or any real-money activity (Prode 2026 is not a gambling platform).
Nature of the app
Prode 2026 is a friendly prediction game for the 2026 international tournament matches. It is not:
- A gambling platform with real money. There are no monetary prizes, no payments in or out.
- An official service of any football body.
- A guarantee of uptime, accuracy or result availability — fixture data comes from public APIs (Football-Data.org, API-Football) and depends on their availability.
Results, fixtures and squads are provided by third parties and may have errors, delays or discrepancies with the official result. If there's an error, we fix it when detected and recalculate points accordingly.
Your responsibility
- Your credentials are your responsibility. Don't share them. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact us.
- Content you upload is your responsibility. This includes name, profile picture and tournament names. Don't upload offensive, illegal or rights-infringing content.
- Your interaction in tournaments is your responsibility. Private tournaments are closed groups — you choose who to invite.
Intellectual property
The code, design, brand and assets of Prode 2026 are property of etrioLab. Team images, flags and tournament logos belong to their respective holders (organizers and national federations) and are used for non-commercial informational purposes.
"AS IS" service
Prode 2026 is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, etrioLab is not liable for:
- Decisions you make based on information from the app.
- Discrepancies between displayed and official results (third-party APIs may have errors or delays).
- Loss of data, ranking or predictions due to scheduled maintenance, server failures or third-party service issues.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Your sole remedy for malfunction is to stop using the app.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent or automated use, or violation of these terms. You can close your account anytime from Profile → Delete account or by emailing desarrollar.app.arg@gmail.com.
We may modify or discontinue the app with reasonable prior notice when possible.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The new version is published here with its effective date. If changes are substantial, we'll notify you via push or email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
