Acceptance
By installing and using stock-app you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
etrioLab grants you a limited personal or commercial license, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable to use stock-app, subject to these terms and the subscription plan contracted.
Plans and subscriptions
stock-app may be offered in free and paid plans. Paid plans are processed via Google Play Billing or App Store In-App Purchase, depending on the platform. Cancellations and refunds follow each store's policies.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where law expressly permits.
- Distribute, sublicense, resell or charge third parties for use of the app without prior written agreement.
- Use the app to record fraudulent operations, tax evasion or other illegal activities.
Nature of the app
stock-app is an inventory and sales management tool for retail. It is not:
- A certified accounting system: it doesn't emit electronic invoicing (AFIP / SUNAT / SAT) unless connected to an external module.
- A payment processing system: it doesn't process credit cards or transfer funds.
- A legally certified POS in jurisdictions requiring POS certification.
Tax and regulatory compliance of your business is your responsibility.
Your responsibility
- Business data is yours. stock-app stores it on your device (and eventually in your backend if you enable sync).
- Backups are your responsibility. We recommend exporting data periodically.
- Inventory and sales accuracy is the operator's responsibility. stock-app facilitates recording but doesn't audit physical reality.
Intellectual property
The code, design, brand and assets of stock-app are property of etrioLab.
"AS IS" service
stock-app is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, etrioLab will not be liable for:
- Commercial losses arising from use or non-use of the app.
- Business decisions based on app data.
- Data loss due to uninstall, hardware failure or lack of backup.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Lost profits.
Termination
You may stop using stock-app at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling subscriptions from the corresponding store. We may modify or discontinue the app with reasonable prior notice.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version is published here with its effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
